Names, telephone numbers, email addresses as basics. Other information may involve references, documents in respect of identification , mortgage particulars , bank statements and utility providers etc.

You may also provide us voluntarily with information that you think relevant. We do not collect information automatically from our website.

You are not obliged to provide us with the information . However this may prevent us from conducting the business on your behalf.

We do not hold your data for longer than is necessary. We will retain your information until your business with us is complete and also to comply with our obligations under applicable law and if relevant to deal with any legal matters arising from our transactions with you.
